Flat rate or subscription. The price does not depend on the area or km² you export. Maps3D generates a 3D model of any area you select on Earth; you pay per generated map, or subscribe for unlimited exports.

## One-off purchase

- Price: 5 USD per map
- Billing: one-time, no subscription, no account needed
- Included:
  - Unrestricted use, private or commercial (resale allowed, credit the imagery source)
  - Georeferenced 3D models in every format (local UTM zone or Web Mercator), oriented to true north
  - Export formats: glTF/GLB, OBJ, 3MF, STL, DXF, 3DM, IFC
  - VAT invoice

## Subscription

- Price: 20 USD per month
- Billing: monthly, cancel anytime, no lock-in
- Included:
  - Unlimited map exports
  - You own the data; cancel whenever you like
  - Unrestricted use, private or commercial (resale allowed, credit the imagery source)
  - Georeferenced 3D models in every format (local UTM zone or Web Mercator), oriented to true north
  - Export formats: glTF/GLB, OBJ, 3MF, STL, DXF, 3DM, IFC
  - VAT invoice

## Notes

- Prices are shown in USD; the final amount is localized and confirmed at checkout based on billing address, plus applicable tax.
- 15-day refund policy on all purchases. One-time purchases are refunded in full. Subscription refunds are pro-rated on the unused portion of the period.
- Models are self-contained and work offline forever, with no API keys or third-party dependency.
- Exported meshes are watertight and manifold, ready to slice and 3D print without a repair pass.
- Every model is generated on demand from the area you select. There is no catalog of pre-made models and no per-location surcharge.
