1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Maps3D (maps3d.io), operated by Naidi SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Maps3D is a web-based service that allows users to generate and download 3D models from geographic data. The service provides 3D map exports in various formats including glTF, OBJ, STL, and IFC.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional for one-time purchases but required for subscription plans. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

One-time purchases are processed through PayPal. Subscription plans are processed through Stripe. All prices displayed include payment processing fees. You can manage your subscription details at maps3d.io/settings/billing.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day refund policy on all purchases, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at thibault@maps3d.io within 15 days of your purchase to request a refund. One-time purchases are refunded in full. Subscription refunds are pro-rated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the 3D models you generate and download using our service. The license for reuse depends on the imagery sources used, which are detailed on our About page.

Our Service: The Maps3D platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Naidi SAS and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uruguay.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
